Galleria d'Arte il Bargello was established with the ambition of becoming a leading destination for contemporary art in Siena. The Equus exhibition marked a significant milestone in the exhibition program of Galleria d'Arte il Bargello. Dedicated to the sculptural work of Giovanni Raspini, in collaboration with Lucio Minigrilli and Erika Corsi, the exhibition brought together fourteen bronze sculptures that embody the strength, elegance, and profound symbolic significance of the horse. For the first time, the works of Angela Carli and Paolo Fedeli came together in the magnificent setting of Palazzo Ferretti in Cortona, creating a unique artistic dialogue. Though distinct in their expressive languages, the two artists share a refined exploration of color, giving shape to an exhibition that highlights both affinities and contrasts while offering visitors an engaging and visually compelling experience.
